If your teeth are excessively discolored and misaligned, then no amount of whitening or orthodontics will bring about perfect results and perhaps something more extreme might be suitable. - GET GREEDY
Using two toothbrushes, one in the morning and one at night (different colors may save confusion) allows the brush to thoroughly dry out, killing most bacteria. Throw them away every two to three months or after a cold.
- GUM POWDER
"Use a vitamin supplement, such as B12 or grape-seed extract or any B complex to promote strong, healthy teeth and gums."
- TEA TIME
"Tea (green, oolong and black) contains several different chemicals that have teeth-friendly properties, including a group of compounds called polyphenols, which scientists believe have a cavity-reducing effect."
