Dr. Kevin Sands, a Beverly Hills dentist to the stars, provides foot massages and DVD movies as he cleans and whitens teeth.
Dental spas specialize in cosmetic services like reshaping and whitening teeth so they resemble a celeb’s smile. The most imitated? Halle Berry’s glowing grin, says Dr. Sands.
One popular procedure, Brite Smile, uses a blue light to take teeth eight shades whiter in an hour. It’s pricey (the initial procedure costs $650), but it lasts three years.
